How do I book a session?

Use the Booking Page to send a message. Appointments are usually booked up 1 month in advance. Shoots are typically scheduled between 10am and noon, with flexibility on a case-by-case basis. Studio time is subject to availability. Please allow a few days to respond based on the high volume of inquiries.

What is the best form of payment?

An invoice goes out at the time of booking. Payment can be made through the invoice using credit, debit, and Apple Pay. Venmo and cash are also accepted.

Where do the sessions take place?

Headshot sessions take place at Meadow Studios NYC in Bushwick, Brooklyn. The rental fee is included with the package — all studio accommodations are handled for you.

Do you have a makeup artist?

A makeup artist is not provided, but you are welcome to bring your own. Please give advance notice if someone will be joining you.

When will I get my proofs and final edits?

For headshots and portraits, you will receive unedited proofs within 7 business days via an online gallery. You have one month to make your selections. Final edits are delivered 10–14 business days after selections. For events, a final edit preview gallery is delivered 48 hours after the shoot, with the full gallery available 4 weeks later.

Q: Do you take a deposit?

Yes. For headshots, a non-refundable deposit — typically half the quoted rate — is due at the time of booking. For events, please refer to the cancellation policy.

Q: How long are the sessions?

Headshot sessions are up to 3 hours. Mini sessions are up to 1.5 hours. For events, booking is by the hour.

Q: Do you shoot film?

Yes. Film packages are available for portraits and events. Packages include the cost of film, development, scans, and delivery.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?

Headshots: One free reschedule with 48+ hours notice. Last-minute reschedules and no-shows forfeit the deposit. Events: 30+ days out — full deposit returned. 14–30 days out — deposit forfeited, no additional charge. Under 14 days — deposit forfeited plus 25–50% of remaining balance. Under 48–72 hours — full contract amount due.

We will have a our phone consultation beforehand. There we will talk about your goals, wardrobe, hair and makeup, and the overall process of the shoot.

You can start by looking through your closet for pieces that not only represent your personal style, but also showcase your type (the roles you get cast for and want to cast for). Be aware of color as they play an important part not only in how you look but also in how you are cast. Solid colors are stronger choices than patterns and lines.

Headshots & Portraits: You will receive your proofs within seven business days of your shoot via an online gallery. There you can download and share. These will be unedited and not color collective. You will have one month to make your selections.

Final proofs will be delivered ten to fourteen business days after your selections.

Events: You will receive a final edit preview gallery 48 hours after the shoot. The full gallery will be available 4 weeks after the delivery of the preview gallery. Film scans will be available 4 weeks after delivery of the preview gallery. Film scans will have limited edits.

A note on RAWs: I will not deliver your RAW finals for headshots and portraits to maintain the consistency of my style. For Events, there is a RAW delivery addition to your packages.

Headshots: One free reschedule can be made 48 hours before the date of the shoot. Note that studio time is based on availability so the reschedule may have to be made weeks after the date.

Last-minute (under 48 hours) non-emergency reschedules and no-shows are subject to a forfeit of your deposit.

Events: 30+ days out: full deposit returned

14–30 days out: deposit forfeited, no additional charge

Under 14 days: deposit forfeited + 25–50% of remaining balance due.

Under 48–72 hours: full contract amount due

Reshoots: As a policy, I don’t do reshoots; however, I do shoot tethered, so you can see in real time what the images look like, and I will take test shots for your hair, makeup, and lighting. Collaboration is the mission of my shoots and will adjust as needed.
